As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for creating and nurturing long term business relationships with clients. You will play a very dynamic role that includes finding, supporting and retaining clients for software related services and products.
This position includes a variety of day to day tasks that may require you to find and contact potential clients, collaborate with clients in identifying business needs and lead the negotiation process by coordinating meetings with other company members, as well as participating in the creation, presentation and adjustment of proposals.
You will be on top of all communications from/to client pre and post sales to assure the delivery of quality services, and assist in other administrative tasks within your field of experience.
At least 2 years of proven experience in similar positions.
Speak, read and write in fluent English.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
Experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management.
Knowledge in the Software Industry.
Advanced use of MS Excel.
Digital Marketing background.
Experience using CRM and ERP platforms.
